The Challenge:

ZenithFit aimed to disrupt the wellness industry by offering live, on-demand fitness classes and 1-on-1 video sessions with trainers. Their challenge was creating a seamless, buffer-free video streaming experience, a complex booking system, and a social community feature—all within a single, engaging mobile application for a global audience.
