Due to the custom, intangible, and labour-intensive nature of our software development, design, and consulting services, Tech Titan Labs Ltd has a strict no-refund policy for services rendered.

2. Custom Development & Project-Based Services
For fixed-price projects (e.g., custom software, website, or mobile app development):

No Refunds After Commencement: Once a project has commenced and development work has begun, payments made are non-refundable. Our process involves the immediate allocation of resources, including developers, designers, and project managers, to your project.

Milestone Payments: For projects structured with milestone payments, payments for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by the Client after commencement, Tech Titan Labs Ltd will invoice for all work completed up to the point of cancellation at the agreed-upon hourly or milestone rate. Any unused portion of a pre-paid amount may be considered for credit towards future services, at the sole discretion of Tech Titan Labs Ltd, but will not be issued as a cash refund.
3. Dedicated Team & Monthly Retainer Services
For ongoing services such as dedicated team models or monthly support and maintenance retainers:

Subscription Model: These services operate on a subscription basis.

No Refunds: Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable. You may cancel your retainer or dedicated team agreement for subsequent billing cycles by providing us with written notice as per the terms of our service agreement.

4. Acceptance & Quality Assurance
We mitigate the need for refunds through our robust project management and quality assurance process:

Revisions & Bug Fixes: We commit to delivering a product that meets the agreed-upon specifications. Any bugs or issues related to the approved scope will be fixed free of charge during the warranty period outlined in our service agreement.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we value fairness and our reputation. We will review exceptional circumstances, such as a fundamental failure to deliver any of the core services outlined in a statement of work, on a case-by-case basis. The maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the total project fee paid to Tech Titan Labs Ltd.
